Product Overview

The Thurmaduke™ Hot Food Unit is a mobile unit that measures 32"W x 32"D x 36"H. It replaces model E302-25SS.

Construction

The unit has a 16 gauge stainless steel top and a stainless steel undershelf. The front is flat, with no dish rail or plate shelf.

Hot Food Wells and Controls

The unit has two (2) sealed hot food wells. Infinite controls let you adjust the heat.

Drainage

A 1" drain line and valve are included.

Mobility

The unit rolls on 5" swivel casters with brakes.

Electrical

The unit comes with a 6 ft cord and plug.

Certifications

The unit is cULus listed and EPH Classified.
