Product Overview

The Thurmaduke™ Mobile Hot Food Unit replaces model E303-25PG. It has three sealed hot food wells and a flat front with no dish rail or plate shelf. The unit measures 46"W x 32"D x 36"H.

Construction

The top is made from 16ga stainless steel. The body and undershelf are paint grip steel.

Hot Food Wells and Controls

The unit has three sealed hot food wells. Infinite controls let you adjust the heat settings. A 1" drain line and valve are included.

Mobility

The unit rolls on 5" swivel casters with brakes.

Electrical

The unit comes with a 6 ft cord and plug.
