It features three powerful double burners that deliver 33,268 BTU/h, allowing for consistent, even browning on up to 88 lb of meat. The top-mounted motor keeps critical components away from dripping grease, while the stainless steel construction, side panels, and independent heat controls make the VGB3 a dependable and easy-to-clean workhorse. During operation, maintain a minimum clearance of 8" (20 cm) between the broiler and any wall or combustible surface.
