The Eurodib VGB4 is a versatile and efficient gas grill designed for busy commercial kitchens. With a 176-lb capacity and individually controlled double ceramic burners, it provides consistent, even heating for stacks of meat. The top-mounted motor keeps critical components clear of dripping fat, while the stainless-steel construction and smooth surfaces make cleaning quick and easy. The VGB4 SPIT kit (sold separately) allows you to prepare a second cone while the first is cooking, maximizing productivity and ensuring perfectly caramelized slices every time.
