The Signature Griddle is a heavy-duty, gas-powered countertop griddle from Garland. It delivers 108,000 BTU and is built for demanding cooking environments.

Cooking Surface

The generous 47-1/4" W x 23" D cooking surface has a 1" thick smooth steel griddle plate.

Controls and Ignition

Manual hi-lo controls let you adjust the heat. Piezo pilot igniters provide ignition.

Grease Management

A 4" deep front grease trough collects grease from the cooking surface.

Construction and Design

The front, sides, and back are stainless steel. The griddle sits on 4" adjustable feet.
