Cooking Performance and Controls

Each burner has one variable hi/lo valve, and the manual controls let operators adjust the heat as needed. The adjustable cast iron grates and the reversible cast iron broiler racks in 3" W sections give flexibility in how the unit is set up for broiling.

Construction and Design

The front, sides, and back are stainless steel. The unit also has a 3-1/2" front rail. A crumb tray is included. The 4" adjustable legs let you set the unit's height.
