Product Overview

The Evolution Elite® Open Fryer is an electric fryer with four wells. Each full vat holds 30 lb. of product. Its stainless steel construction suits busy commercial kitchens.

Oil Management

The Oil Guardian™ automatic oil top off helps keep oil at the right level. The Smart Filter Express™ oil filtration system comes with (2) filter pads and a Filter Beacon®.

The iControl™ system offers (10) programmable cook cycles. An LED display shows the fryer's operation.

Mobility and Construction

The fryer is made of stainless steel. It rolls on (4) swivel casters, (2) of which lock to hold the unit in place.
