Product Overview

The Evolution Elite® Open Fryer is a gas-powered fryer with three wells and a 30 lb. capacity per full vat. It combines automatic oil top off, programmable cook cycles, and an integrated oil filtration system, all in a stainless steel build.

Oil Management

The Oil Guardian™ automatic oil top off system is built into this fryer. The Smart Filter Express™ oil filtration system comes with (2) filter pads and Filter Beacon®.

Controls and Display

iControl™ offers (10) programmable cook cycles, and the LED display shows cooking information.

Construction and Mobility

The fryer is made of stainless steel. It rolls on (4) swivel casters, and (2) of them lock to hold the unit in place.
