Proofing & Holding Modes

The cabinet offers both a proofing mode and a holding mode, so one unit can handle both tasks. Humidity control and the auto vent system help manage conditions inside the cabinet, and the water pan supports the humidity function.

Pass-Thru Design

Stainless steel doors on both sides give the cabinet a pass-thru design, so it can be accessed from either side.

Mobility

The cabinet comes with 5" casters, which make it easier to move.
