Product Overview

The HHC-990 SmartHold Holding Cabinet is a narrow, full-size holding cabinet built to keep prepared food at the right conditions until it is ready to serve. It combines electric touch pad control with both proofing and holding modes in one unit.

Controls and Operation

The cabinet uses an electric touch pad control. It offers both a proofing mode and a holding mode, so one unit can handle both tasks. Humidity control and an auto vent system are included as part of the SmartHold design.

Construction and Mobility

The cabinet has a stainless steel door on the front (control side) only. A water pan is included. The 5" casters allow the cabinet to be moved.
