The John Boos DSS14A offers a durable work surface for busy kitchens and food service operations. Featuring a 1-3/4" thick Northern hard rock maple butcher-block top with 4" coved risers, this 9-foot table provides a spacious, NSF-listed prep area. The stainless steel base and shelf ensure long-lasting, easy-to-clean performance.

- The table has a massive 108-inch wide and 36-inch deep top, providing 27 square feet of uninterrupted work surface.
- The 1-3/4 inch thick top is made from Northern Hard Rock Maple, with an edge-grain design for maximum durability and a knife-friendly surface.
- The table comes with a factory-applied food-grade penetrating oil, and can be nourished with Boos Block® Mystery Oil or Board Cream to maintain its quality over a lifetime of use.
- The 4-inch coved riser on the back and both ends keeps flour, dough, and other ingredients on the table, preventing them from falling to the floor.
- The table has heavy-duty 16-gauge stainless steel legs and an adjustable 18-gauge stainless steel undershelf, providing a sturdy and reliable structure.
- For models 7 feet and larger, the six-leg configuration with 1-inch height-adjustable stainless steel bullet feet ensures rock-solid stability.
- The table ships in a knocked-down (KD) state to reduce freight costs, and is easy to assemble on-site.
- The table is NSF certified for commercial food-contact applications, ensuring it meets the highest safety standards.

Care & maintenance:
- Re-oil the maple top regularly to prevent drying or cracking. For high-volume bakeries, do this daily. For lighter use, do it weekly.
- Clean stainless components with non-chloride detergents and a soft cloth. Never use abrasive pads or bleach.
- Wipe up spills promptly and avoid letting water stand for too long. This will help protect both the wood and metal surfaces.
