The John Boos SNB05A is a high-quality work surface designed for professional kitchens, bakeries, and institutional settings. Boasting a 1-3/4 inch thick edge-grain maple top and a sturdy stainless-steel base, this 9-foot prep table delivers both exceptional durability and an attractive appearance. Handcrafted in the USA, the SNB05A meets rigorous NSF sanitation standards for commercial use. Customers can also request custom options such as different widths, an undershelf, or a factory-sealed Varnique finish.
Key Features:
- The table has a massive 108-inch length, providing an expansive and seamless work surface.
- The 1-3/4-inch edge-grain Northern Hard Rock Maple top is kiln-dried, sanded smooth, and finished with a food-safe Boos Block® Mystery Oil.
- The table features Type 300 stainless-steel legs, gussets, and side & rear bracing with a #4 satin polish, making it easy to clean and corrosion-resistant.
- The adjustable bracing and six 1-5/8-inch tubular legs keep the table rock-solid (tables 7 feet and longer ship with six legs).
- The 1-inch height-adjustable stainless bullet feet allow you to level the table on uneven floors.
- The table ships knocked-down (KD) to reduce freight costs and fit through standard doorways, and it assembles in minutes.
Compatible Accessories (sold separately):
- Stainless steel drawer that can be ordered with or without a keyed lock
- Locking caster kit that allows you to move the unit around easily
- Single or double overshelves to provide additional storage space

Care & Maintenance:
- Condition the maple top monthly with Boos Block® Mystery Oil. Then, seal it with Board Cream to lock in moisture.
- Wipe up spills right away. Never soak the wood or place hot cookware directly on the surface.
- Clean the stainless steel components with a mild, non-chloride cleanser and a soft cloth. Wipe in the direction of the grain and make sure to dry it thoroughly.
