Product Description

Model SNB10A | 1-3/4" Edge-Grain Northern Hard Rock Maple Elevate your prep line, bakery, or workshop with the exceptional durability and elegance of Boos Block®. This NSF-listed work table features a 1-3/4" thick maple top paired with a sturdy stainless steel base, providing a food-safe surface that can handle your toughest tasks. To maintain the maple top, re-oil it monthly with Boos® Mystery Oil and then seal it with Boos® Board Cream. Clean the stainless steel components with non-chloride cleansers, such as Bar Keepers Friend, wiping in the direction of the grain. Avoid soaking the wood, placing hot cookware directly on it, or using bleach/chloride cleaners.

  • The top is made of edge-grain Northern Hard Rock Maple, known for its durability and gentle contact with knives.
  • The table comes with a factory-applied food-grade Boos penetrating oil finish, with a Varnique varnish option available upon request.
  • The table has six 1-5/8 inch diameter tubular 300-series stainless steel legs with a #4 satin polish.
  • The adjustable 1-1/4 inch diameter stainless steel side and rear bracing allows for custom clearance.
  • 1 inch adjustable stainless steel bullet feet keep the table level on uneven floors.
  • The table ships knocked-down (KD) for economical freight and quick on-site assembly.
  • The table is NSF certified for food-service safety and sanitation.
