The John Boos 108" TC-3 Trimming Table is designed for high-volume trimming, prep, and fabrication tasks. It features a removable 3/4-inch reversible polyethylene flat top and a durable stainless steel base, making it a sanitary and low-maintenance workstation suitable for butcher shops, processing rooms, and commercial kitchens. The product is NSF-certified, ensuring it meets safety and hygiene standards. Care & Cleaning:

  • Avoid using abrasive pads or cleaners that contain chlorides or quaternary salts, as they can damage the stainless steel.
  • Rinse and dry the surfaces promptly to preserve the protective film on the stainless steel, which helps prevent corrosion.
