Product Description
The John Boos TC-3 series trimming table is designed for demanding commercial kitchen environments like butcher shops, seafood rooms, produce lines, and commissary kitchens. It features a sturdy, knife-friendly 3/4-inch thick reversible HDPE (high-density polyethylene) flat top surface mounted on a corrosion-resistant stainless steel frame. This table is built to withstand heavy use and is NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) listed, ensuring it meets strict food safety standards.
Key Features:
- The work surface is 108 inches wide and 36 inches deep, made from 3/4 inch thick, high-density polyethylene (HDPE).
- The top is reversible, doubling its usable life, and can be ordered as a single, seamless piece at no extra cost.
- The top is secured with welded stainless steel clips, but can be quickly removed for deep cleaning or replacement.
- The heavy-duty frame is made of Type 300 stainless steel, with side and rear tubular bracing for exceptional lateral stability.
- Six 1-5/8 inch diameter, 16-gauge stainless steel legs (on units 7 feet and longer) support heavy loads without flexing.
- 1 inch adjustable stainless steel bullet feet allow the table to be leveled on uneven kitchen floors.
- The table is TIG-welded and shipped fully assembled to minimize installation time.

Care & Maintenance:
- Gently remove the plastic lid and wash both the inside and outside of the lid with mild soap and warm water. Rinse thoroughly and let air-dry.
- For the stainless steel components, use a non-chlorine cleaner like Bar Keepers Friend and wipe in the direction of the metal grain.
- Do not use abrasive pads, steel wool, or chlorine bleach, as these can damage the protective coating on the stainless steel.
