The New Age 96710 Specialty Storage & Transport mobile tray drying rack is a heavy-duty, all-welded steel unit with three tray levels and a 288-tray capacity. Measuring 28-1/2" deep, 64" high, and 75-1/2" wide, it features 1.4" angle spacing, built-in drainage wells, and four 6" x 2" polyolefin swivel casters with tamper-proof fasteners. This NSF-certified product is made in the USA and is a custom unit with no returns. A sample tray is required with the order, and standard lead time applies. The mobile tray drying rack is an excellent choice for commercial kitchens, bakeries, and foodservice operations.
