The Omcan Trento Blast Chiller (Model BC-IT-0031) is a countertop unit designed to rapidly cool food to safe temperatures. It measures 24" wide x 25-3/5" deep x 26" tall and can hold up to three 13" x 21" trays at a time. The unit features a built-in refrigeration system and is easy to operate thanks to a 5-inch touchscreen display. You can control it by setting a timer or by using the included temperature probe to monitor the internal temperature of your food.
