Product Overview

This Quick Ship double stack set includes two (2) iCombi Pro® 6-Full Size Combi Ovens (CC1ERRA.0000218). Both units are electric and use an intelligent cooking system, making the set suitable for high-volume operations.

Capacity

Each oven holds one of the following:

  • (12) 18" x 26" sheet pans
  • (24) 12" x 20" steam pans
  • (12) 2/1 GN pans

Six (6) stainless steel grids are included.
