The CHEFTOP-X™ Full Size Combi Oven is an electric combi oven with right-to-left door opening (hinged left). It is built around the Digital.ID™ advanced operating system and combines flexible capacity with smart cooking technology.

This oven holds any one of the following:
- (6) 18" x 26" full size sheet pans
- (12) 12" x 20" Hotel/Steam pans
- (6) GN 2/1 pans
Cooking Chamber and Water Filtration
The cooking chamber is made of AISI 316L stainless steel. The integrated RO-Care water hardness reduction filter is built into the oven.
