The CHEFTOP MIND.Maps™ CONVEX Half Size Convection Oven is an electric convection oven with right-to-left door opening (hinged left). It features touch screen controls with integrated WiFi connectivity and supports Data Driven Cooking.

This oven holds any one of the following:
- (5) 18" x 13" full size sheet pans
- (5) 12" x 20" Hotel/Steam pans
- (5) GN 1/1 pans
The tray pitch is 2-5/8".
