The CHEFTOP MIND.Maps™ CONVEX Half Size Convection Oven is an electric convection oven with a left-to-right door opening (hinged right). Touch screen controls with integrated WiFi connectivity and Data Driven Cooking support a modern approach to cooking.

Capacity

This oven holds any one of the following pan types:

• (5) 18" x 13" full size sheet pans
• (5) 12" x 20" Hotel/Steam pans
• (5) GN 1/1 pans

The tray pitch is 2-5/8".

Cooking Performance

• AIR.Plus: Features reverse gear and 2 speed settings.
• DRY.Maxi™: Rapidly extracts the humidity from the cooking chamber.
