The ChefTop MIND.Maps™ Plus Combi Oven/Steam Oven is a gas countertop oven that combines heat, hot air flow and steam. It features MIND.Maps™ technology and a programmable menu.

Capacity

This countertop oven holds (10) 18" x 26" full size sheet pans or (20) hotel size pans. Shelf spacing is 2-11/16".

Construction
