The ChefTop MIND.Maps™ Plus Combi Oven/Steam Oven is an electric roll-in oven that combines heat, hot air flow and steam. This floor model features MIND.Maps™ technology and a programmable menu.
Capacity
This oven holds (20) 18" x 26" full size sheet pans or (40) hotel size pans. Shelf spacing is 3-5/16".

Trolley Included
The XEVTL-2021 trolley is included. It holds (40) full hotel size pans only. To convert it to hold (20) 18" x 26" full size sheet pans, adapter grids GRP521 are required.
Construction
The interior and exterior are made of marine grade stainless steel.
Water Connection
A water line is included to connect the oven to a ¾" MPT water connection within three feet of water placement.
