Construction and Materials
The seamless top is made of 20/300 series stainless steel. The storage base is made of 20 gauge carbon steel with a brushed aluminum vinyl-clad finish. The cafeteria breath guard is NSF2 certified.
Mobility
The unit rolls on four 4" swivel casters. Two of them are braked, so the station can be locked in place when needed.
Storage
The base has sliding doors that enclose the storage space.
