Construction and Design
The ladle is made from 18/8 stainless steel in a single piece. The 12-1/8" handle is 11 gauge, with a grooved, hooked design and a satin finish. The 4-3/8" diameter bowl is 18 gauge and has a mirror finish.

The capacity is stamped in both ounces and milliliters on the front side of the handle.
