Construction
The exterior housing is built from 20-gauge galvanized steel. The fabricated well accommodates standard pans up to 6" deep, and optional false bottoms are available in 300-series stainless steel. A 1" (2.5 cm) integral drain is included, along with an under-drip-edge gasket.
