This drop-in Hot/Cold/Frozen Food Well Unit has a single well and is designed to hold hot, cold, or frozen foods. It features auto-drain and independent electronic controls. It is made in the USA and UL certified.
Capacity and Pan Compatibility
The 1-well design accommodates full-size pans as well as fractional food pans up to 6" deep.
Construction
The top, well, and user interface are made of 18 gauge, 300 series stainless steel.
Controls and Interface
Independent electronic controls manage the unit. The user interface includes a 4' connection for a mounting option.
