Product Overview

This Hot/Cold/Frozen Food Well Unit is a drop-in, 2-well unit with an auto-drain feature. Each well has its own independent electronic controls.

Pan Capacity

Each well accommodates full-size pans as well as fractional food pans up to 6" deep.

Construction

The top, wells, and user interface are made of 18 gauge, 300 series stainless steel. The user interface includes a 4' connection for a mounting option.
