Product Overview
This drop-in Hot/Cold/Frozen Food Well Unit has three wells and a flat flange. Each well can be set to hot, cold, or frozen service, which makes the unit suitable for a range of food presentation needs.
Capacity and Pan Compatibility
The wells accommodate full-size pans and fractional food pans up to 6" deep.
Controls
Independent electronic controls let you manage each well separately. The user interface includes a 4' connection for a flexible mounting option.
Construction
The top, wells, and user interface are made of 18 gauge, 300 series stainless steel.
Refrigeration System
