Compatibility and Mounting
This breath guard is for use with the Vollrath (3) well 4-Series Signature Server® with stainless steel countertops. It mounts to a stainless steel solid surface.
Note: Mounting requires a 14 gauge stainless steel solid surface.
Construction
The breath guard has 1" stainless steel tubular construction. It uses 3/8" thick tempered glass with polished ends, and the end panels are also tempered glass.
