Product Overview
The 2-Series Affordable Portable™ Hot Food Station Deluxe is a four-well hot food station with a buffet style breath guard with lights (bulbs not included). It measures 60"W x 28-5/8"D x 57-5/16"H overall.
Heating and Controls
Each of the four wells is a 480 watt thermoset sealed well, so no spillage pans are required. Every well has its own manual dial control, so each one can be adjusted individually. A manifold drain is included.
Construction and Design
The enclosed base has a storage opening. The base is black vinyl-clad 20 gauge carbon steel. The buffet style breath guard has lights, and bulbs are not included.
Mobility
The unit has four 4" swivel casters, two of them braked.
