Product Overview
The 2-Series Affordable Portable™ Hot Food Station Deluxe is a four-well hot food station built for serving. It measures 60"W x 28-5/8"D x 57-5/16"H overall. It includes a buffet style breath guard with lights (bulbs not included) and an enclosed base.
Heating and Controls
Each of the four wells has its own manual dial control, so every well can be adjusted individually. The wells are 600-800 watt thermoset sealed wells, so no spillage pans are required. A manifold drain is included.
Construction and Mobility
The base is made of granite vinyl-clad 20 gauge carbon steel. Four 4" swivel casters, two of them braked, let the station be moved and then held in place.
