Product Overview
The 2-Series Affordable Portable™ Hot Food Station Deluxe is a 4-well hot food station with a buffet style breath guard and an open storage base. It is made in the USA.
Heating and Controls
Each of the four thermoset sealed wells is rated at 600-800 watts and has its own manual dial control, so every well can be adjusted individually. The wells are sealed, so no spillage pans are required. A manifold drain is included.
Construction and Design
The base is 20 gauge carbon steel with a cherry woodgrain vinyl-clad finish. The open storage base provides storage below the wells. The buffet style breath guard is included.
Mobility
Four 4" swivel casters let you move the station, and two of them are braked.
