Heating and Controls
Each thermoset sealed well has its own manual dial control, and each well is rated at 600-800 watts. The wells are sealed, so spillage pans are not required. A manifold drain is included.

The base is 20 gauge carbon steel with a cherry woodgrain vinyl-clad finish. It sits on four 4" swivel casters, two of which are braked.
