This 60" electric restaurant range is built for commercial kitchens that need dependable, high-capacity cooking. It has ten French hotplates and two ovens, one standard and one oversized, so a kitchen can run many dishes at once.

The range has (10) 2.0 kW French hotplates. Each one is a 9-1/2" solid cast iron plate. Infinite controls let operators set the heat precisely for each hotplate.
