The ProFusion™ Immersion Blender is a medium duty blender with a 40 qt. (10 gallon) capacity. It has a variable speed motor and a removable stainless steel shaft, and a whisk attachment is included.

Performance

Construction and Attachments
The removable 8" stainless steel shaft is dishwasher safe and has a 304 stainless steel blade. The included whisk attachment has 2 paddles and is made of chrome plated stainless steel. Metal couplings are used on the unit.
