The ENERGY STAR® qualified AccuSteam™ Griddle delivers lightning-fast recovery, whisper-quiet operation, and remarkably even heat. Its sealed steam chamber transfers heat uniformly across the entire 7-gauge, 304 stainless plate, keeping set temperatures within ±5°F. This ensures every inch of the 24" griddle cooks like the "sweet spot." The griddle ships ready for LP gas and plugs into a standard 120 V outlet.
