Designed for high-volume dish rooms, this commercial-grade U-shaped soil table allows a single operator to scrape, rinse, and load dishes in one efficient workspace before sliding them directly into the dish machine. Crafted with durable 14-gauge type 304 stainless steel, this robust table is built to withstand the demands of a busy commercial kitchen and is fully NSF certified.
Top Features:
- The top is made of 14-gauge type 304 stainless steel with satin-polished TIG welds.
- The backsplash is 10-1/2 inches high and has a bold design, with a 2-inch return and a tile edge for a watertight, easy-to-flash-in installation.
- The pre-rinse sink bowl is 20 inches by 20 inches by 8 inches, and it comes complete with a basket strainer and slide bar*.
- The dish-landing shelf is 9-3/8 inches deep, allowing full racks to be kept within easy reach.
- The legs are made of 16-gauge type 304 stainless steel, with front-to-back cross-rails for extra rigidity.
- Adjustable stainless steel bullet feet allow the unit to be leveled on uneven floors.
- The unit is delivered in two sections, with a K-57 welded field joint (included) to ensure a seamless top once installed.
- All welds are blended to match the adjacent surfaces, creating a clean, professional look.
