Designed to be compatible with Alto-Shaam 20-10E, 20-10G, 20-20MW, and QC3-100 models, this cart allows you to load, transport, and transfer up to twenty pans in a single smooth motion. Easily move your prepared dishes directly into your Alto-Shaam ovens or QuickChiller, saving time and reducing labor. Pans shown in the images are for illustration purposes only and are not included with the purchase.
Key Features:
- Can hold up to 20 full-size pans with 2 9⁄16″ (65 mm) of space between each shelf, allowing for good air circulation.
- Made entirely of stainless steel, which is resistant to corrosion and easy to clean.
- Has four casters, two of which swivel and lock in place to make it easy to move and secure when loaded.
- Designed to precisely roll in and align with 20-10E, 20-10G, 20-20MW combi ovens and QC3-100 QuickChiller, eliminating the need to handle pans manually.
- Open frame design promotes even distribution of heat or chill around all the pans.
