The Alto-Shaam 767-SK is a versatile stainless-steel smoker that offers up to 100 lb capacity and simple controls. Its EcoSmart® efficiency delivers gentle Halo Heat® technology and a built-in smoke box, ensuring juicy, tender results with minimal shrinkage. This workhorse appliance unlocks the possibilities of overnight cooking and authentic wood-smoked flavor. Additional shelves may be required to maximize sheet-pan capacity, and the unit should be installed level on a non-combustible surface while adhering to local ventilation requirements.
