Product Description
The Vector® H Series VMC-H2H offers the performance of two ovens in a compact, countertop-friendly design. Each of the two independent chambers provides full-size hotel pan capacity, with Alto-Shaam's Structured Air Technology® delivering high-velocity, focused air for faster, more even cooking without any flavor transfer between cavities. This allows you to bake breakfast pastries in one chamber while roasting vegetables in the other, all at different temperatures, fan speeds, and cook times. Mobility is available with factory stands and 3" (76 mm) caster kits, and accessories, stacking options, and alternate electrical configurations can be provided upon request.
