The American Range ARLM-1 is a powerful and durable commercial-grade oven designed for high-volume kitchens that need to roast large cuts of meat like lamb, pork, and beef. With a 42-inch wide cavity and 40,000 BTU of heating capacity, this oven provides even, high-heat cooking performance.
