The Super Deck 252 is designed for high-volume pizzerias, bakeries, and commissaries. It features 36" × 34.5" stone decks and an 8" deck height, delivering 120,000 BTU of power. The two independent 8-inch-high chambers allow you to bake perfectly balanced pizzas, flatbreads, and more, shift after shift. For increased throughput, you can stack up to two additional Super Deck units without requiring extra floor space.
