The Beverage Air WTCTCS60HC Cross Temp Chef Base is a 60-inch undercounter/worktop refrigeration unit with two drawers and an 8.7 cubic foot capacity. It offers a temperature range of -15 to 40°F, providing frozen-to-chill flexibility. The digital display, fire-proof stainless steel construction, and full marine drip guard ensure durability, while the aluminum interior promotes easy cleaning. Each drawer can accommodate up to three 12" x 20" x 6" pans (pans not included). Powered by an energy-efficient R290 refrigerant and a 4/5 HP self-contained system, this unit is cULus and UL-Sanitation listed, making it an ideal choice for busy kitchens and prep stations.
