The BevLes Minitouch is a compact and versatile countertop oven that offers the performance of a full-size combi oven. With the ability to use dry heat, steam, or a combination of both, this 21-inch wide unit can accommodate up to six 13" x 18" half-size sheet pans or six 1/1 GN pans. The intuitive 5-inch color touchscreen and three intelligent "assistants" simplify programming and cleaning. A separate core-temperature probe is available for added precision.
