BevLes' model HRHO-U44 combines roasting, finishing, and holding functions in a compact, under-counter design. The Tender Touch technology utilizes gentle convection and smart microprocessor controls to deliver juicy, flavorful batches at the touch of a screen, allowing you to roast low and slow, finish hot, and hold for service, all in one convenient unit.

Features:

  • This oven can hold either 6 full-size pans (18 x 26 inches) or 12 half-size pans (12 x 20 inches) in a compact 28-inch wide cabinet.
  • The programmable touchscreen controls allow you to cook by time or by using a probe, store and recall multi-step recipes, and automatically switch to hold mode.
  • The temperature range is wide, from 60°F to 300°F (16°C to 149°C), suitable for delicate overnight roasts or high-temperature finishing.
  • The welded stainless-steel rack has 1.5-inch spacing, making it easy to load and unload the pans.
  • The side-air-tunnel convection system eliminates hot spots and quickly recovers heat after the door is opened.
  • The full 304 stainless-steel interior and exterior, with a 0.125-inch formed-aluminum base, provides unbeatable durability.
  • The cool-touch magnetic latch, self-closing lift-off hinges, and audio alarm at the end of each cycle enhance user-friendliness.
  • The oven is mounted on four 5-inch neoprene casters (with two locking casters) for smooth, non-marring mobility.

  • The door can be opened from both the front and the rear, with recessed pull grips on both sides.
  • The side baffles, fan guard, and rack can be removed for easy cleaning.
  • The unit can be placed against walls or carts with no clearance needed on the sides or back.
  • Additional options are available, such as push handles, corner/perimeter bumpers, 6-inch legs, a key-lock latch, and 208–230 V operation.
