The BevLes Tender Touch half-size Roast & Hold Oven combines gentle convection roasting with precision holding, allowing you to roast low and slow, then hold food at the perfect serving temperature – all in one compact, mobile cabinet. With a 6-pan (18 × 26) or 12-pan (12 × 20) capacity and 208-230 V power, this oven is cULus and NSF certified for your safety and convenience. Factory-installed options and accessories, including left-hand hinges, push handles, or 6" legs, are available upon request.
