The Comstock-Castle 2B19N is a powerful and efficient oven designed for high-volume commercial kitchens. With a compact 24-inch footprint, it packs two independent 19.5-inch bake sections, delivering consistent results without taking up valuable floor space. Constructed with heavy-duty stainless steel and featuring porcelain-aluminized interiors and energy-saving insulation, this oven is built to handle the demands of bakeries, cafés, and other fast-paced kitchens. It can bake, roast, and hold food all day long, making it a reliable workhorse for your commercial operation.

Key Features:

  • Two 14-inch high oven cavities stacked on a 6-inch angle-iron leg base, eliminating the need for an extra stand.
  • Total of 50,000 BTU from two long-lasting cast-iron "H" burners (25,000 BTU each) for even and responsive heat.
  • Wide temperature range of 150°F to 550°F with a 100% safety shut-off and standing pilot.
  • Four heavy-duty nickel-plated wire racks (two per cavity) with three rack positions per chamber.
  • Spacious interior size per cavity: 19 1/2" W x 21" D x 14" H, accommodating half-size sheet pans or pizza screens.
  • Stainless steel exterior with porcelain and aluminized linings for easy cleaning.
  • Field convertible for Natural or LP gas, with each oven supplied with its own 3/4" NPT connection.
  • Single flue chimney supplied, simplifying the venting process when stacking.
  • 0" clearance to non-combustible surfaces (6" to combustibles) for flexible installation.
