With a powerful 30,000 BTU cast-iron "H" burner, heavy insulation, and a 150-550°F thermostat, it provides the precise, even heat required for baking bread, pizza, pastries, roasting, and holding. Measuring 31-1/2" wide in a single-section design, this durable range delivers reliable performance without the extra cost of convection. Optional accessories like extra racks, casters, stands, stacking kits, gas hoses, and flue adapters are available separately to enhance its versatility.
