Product Description
The DOS60 overhead shelf system instantly adds two tiers of rugged, pass-through storage above your 60-inch Continental worktop or sandwich unit. This allows you to keep essential ingredients, smallwares, and plating items within easy reach, without sacrificing any of your valuable prep surface area. The overshelves are sold separately from the base refrigerator/worktop, heat lamps, and any other field-installed accessories.
Key Features:
- The pass-through design allows staff to load or retrieve items from either side of the line.
- The unit is made with heavy-gauge stainless steel construction:
- 1 ¼" square, .083-wall tubular uprights
- The 16-gauge shelves provide maximum rigidity.
